Meet Jadyn!

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with degrees in Psychology and Social Work. My approach is informed by a variety of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Transactional Analysis (TA), Jungian-oriented therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am currently pursuing advanced training and certification in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP). I am also working toward independent clinical licensure under the supervision of Anissa Pfannenstiel, LSCSW.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I served in the Army National Guard and worked in inpatient healthcare settings supporting individuals facing complex medical conditions, serious mental illness, and end-of-life concerns. These experiences, combined with my education and personal journey, deepened my understanding of human suffering, resilience, and the profound capacity for healing and transformation

My passion is helping people move beyond survival mode and reconnect with their innate ability to heal, grow, and thrive. I believe meaningful change occurs when we courageously explore our inner world and heal unconscious wounds that often operate beneath conscious awareness. My work emphasizes embodied healing, self-discovery, and creating a deeper connection with your authentic Self.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person possesses an inherent wisdom and capacity for growth. My role is not to "fix" you, but to help you access the strengths, insights, and resources that already exist within you. Together, we can explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, cultivate greater self-understanding, and create lasting change aligned with your values and vision for your life.

Beyond my professional training, I bring my own experience of healing childhood wounds and engaging in deep personal growth work. That journey taught me that healing is possible, that self-compassion is transformative, and that lasting change emerges through developing a trusting relationship with ourselves. I strive to create a therapeutic space characterized by warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and genuine care—where you can feel supported in discovering your own path toward healing, meaning, and wholeness.

Meet Shawn!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You may find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, unsure of how to move forward. I am passionate about helping you develop greater self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe, heard, accepted, and empowered to explore your experiences without judgment. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can work through challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.

My approach is holistic and person-centered that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I enjoy working with adults and couples ages 18 and older, helping you strengthen emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and develop greater confidence in navigating life's challenges.

I believe that growth and healing occur when individuals learn to approach themselves with curiosity, self-compassion, and openness. Whether you are seeking support through a difficult season of life or pursuing personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and respect.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy exercising, practicing martial arts, playing video games, and spending time with my family and pets. I value self-care and believe that caring for our physical, emotional, and mental well-being creates a strong foundation for a meaningful and fulfilling life.
